There are five types of apartments at the site:

- 78 m² Livingroom+1-2 bedrooms+open plan kitchen+bathroom+2 toilets+balcony
- 78 m² Livingroom+2bedrooms+open plan kitchen+2bathrooms+2 toilets+sauna+balcony
- 78 m² Livingroom+2bedrooms+open plan kitchen+2bathrooms+ toilet+sauna+balcony
- 156 m² 2livingrooms+3bedrooms+2open plan kitchen+3bathrooms+4toilets+sauna+2balconies. Apartments combined via the balkonies
The properties are rented for one week at a time. The rental price includes parking, and you can buy a charge for an electric car at an affordable additional price. Prices are cheaper outside of the high season (summer-August). The destinations have full hotel equipment (linen, towels, bathrobes, detergents, kitchen equipment including crockery, etc.).
Accommodation check-in date is always Monday, and arrival from 3 p.m. The departure day is Sunday, and you should leave by 18 p.m.
The apartments for rent are located in an apartment building (1-4/5 floor) in the housing company Asunto Oy Hankon Kuningatarranta.
