Cancellations of space reservations must be made no later than 2 days prior to the event. Otherwise, please contact the reception by email at aula.virtatalo@confide.fi.
For cancellations made later than this, we will charge 50% of the reservation price.
Sauna and club space terms and conditions
- The start and end times of the space reservation are stated in the order confirmation.
- The rented space must be empty and generally clean at the end of the reservation.
- The access tag for the sauna space can be picked up from the Virtatalo lobby service on weekdays between 8:16 am and 4:00 pm and returned to the lobby on the weekday following the reservation.
- If the Renter notices any deficiencies or errors in the space, they must report this to the lobby service immediately.
- The Booker is responsible for any damage incurred during the rental period (e.g. furniture, tableware) and undertakes to compensate the Renter, the property and/or third parties for any damage incurred. Damage to property and personal belongings will be invoiced according to actual costs.?
- Sauna cleaning is invoiced according to a separate price list, according to actual hours.?
